License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon valid purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use and modify the software package for your own business/project.

2. Permitted Use

• Install and run on your own infrastructure.
• Customize features, branding, and internal workflows.
• Use for commercial operations of the licensed buyer entity.

3. Restrictions

• No unauthorized redistribution or resale of source package as-is.
• No claiming ownership of original source framework.
• No sublicensing unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All original intellectual property rights remain with the seller/author except rights expressly granted under this license.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Software is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted operation in all environments.

6. Termination

License may terminate on material breach of agreement terms. Continued use after termination is not permitted.
